Cambi ASA has been notified that a primary insider's close associate has sold shares in the company:
EFC Havn AS, a close associate of Eirik Fadnes, CEO of Cambi ASA, has on 21 August 2024, sold 1,263,889 shares in Cambi ASA at a price of NOK 15.00 per share. Following the transaction, EFC Havn AS owns zero CAMBI shares.
