Warsaw - Południe

Poland’s Południe (also called South) wastewater treatment plant in Warsaw is an essential utility treating around 25% of the capital city’s sewage. It is scheduled to install a Cambi unit using an intermediate configuration, with the thermal hydrolysis process taking place after digestion and before a second digestion step. For sites with sufficient digestion capacity, this can maximise the advantages of the hydrolysis process.

The project will be delivered in partnership with Inżynieria Rzeszów in 2022 and will be the first B2 plant in the country.
