Laboratory research in wastewater technology and renewable energy
Cambi, a well-known disruptor in wastewater treatment and organics recycling, is looking for one or two summer interns to join its Research and Development team. Masters students in chemical, biotechnology, water and wastewater engineering, or other relevant fields are encouraged to apply.
The 5-week paid internship will be from 14 June to 30 July, with the potential for extension. An earlier start is also possible.
Cambi’s proprietary thermal hydrolysis technology is used in over 70 facilities worldwide, helping municipalities efficiently convert their sewage sludge and organic wastes into biogas and other valuable bioresources such as soil products or fertiliser. We have three decades of experience, are a newly listed company, and growing our global network of passionate specialists working to make a difference for the environment.
You will be part of an innovative team, contributing to further improvements of the world's best available thermal hydrolysis process systems. The internship will consist of mainly independent research work with the possibility for your results to be presented at international conferences.
The primary workplace will be the biogas laboratory in Ås (Vollveien 5), while office work will be done in Cambi’s headquarters in Asker (Skysstasjon 11A).
Please send your CV, cover letter and grade transcripts by email to Kine Svensson (firstname.lastname@example.org). For further information reach out directly to Kine.
