Positive social contribution
Our social responsibility approach is centred around integrity,
transparency and accountability across our global operations and supply chain.
Cambi upholds fundamental human rights and ethical working conditions across its operations and supply chain. As a global company, we align our commitments with international human rights standards, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the International Labour Organisation's (ILO) Core Conventions.
- We believe that all individuals deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness, and we actively work to prevent any form of exploitation, discrimination, or unfair labour practices. We do not tolerate forced labour, child labour, human trafficking, or any form of modern slavery.
- Cambi seeks to ensure that all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners operate in accordance with fair labour principles, anti-discrimination policies, and ethical business standards.
- Employees have the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining, and we maintain open communication channels to address concerns related to workplace rights. Employees in Norway are represented by an elected member of the Board of Directors.

Cambi upholds a culture of integrity and accountability, ensuring that employees and stakeholders have a secure and transparent way to report concerns.
Our whistleblower channel, independently managed by PwC, allows employees, contractors, partners and any other third parties to report suspected misconduct, policy violations, or unethical behaviour confidentially and, if preferred, anonymously. We strictly prohibit retaliation against whistleblowers, ensuring a safe space for reporting violations of labour rights, workplace ethics, or safety concerns.
