The attached admission document (the "Admission Document") has been prepared by Cambi ASA (the "Company") solely for use in connection with the admission to trading of all issued shares (the "Shares") on Euronext Growth. DNB Markets, part of DNB AS has acted as Euronext Growth advisor and Manager to Cambi. Advokatfirmaet Schjødt has acted as legal advisor to the Company, and Advokatfirmaet Wiersholm has acted as legal advisor to the Euronext Growth advisor.
