Establishment of Technology and Solutions business segments

As a part of the new strategic direction, as announced in the notice issued on 14 September 2023, the company has made changes to its reporting segments. The new reporting structure will result in better alignment between company strategy, operations, and financials.

The company’s financial reporting as of the third-quarter interim report, to be published on 9 November 2023, will be based on the following reportable segments:

    • Technology: Sales activities, R&D, manufacturing and the delivery of world-class thermal hydrolysis process (THP) technology for sludge treatment to customers around the globe.
    • Solutions: Value-adding services after the delivery of THP technology, such as maintenance, repairs, upgrades, modifications etc., in addition to recycling of biosolids into organic resources for agriculture.

More information about the change in business segments will be made during the Capital Markets Update on 27 September 2023 at 10:00 AM CET.
